  • Eileen Cannon

    Eileen is a performer, teaching artist, and swim coach originally from Connecticut. Eileen holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from The Hartt School. Her performance career includes credits from Law & Order SVU, Goodspeed Opera House, Theater By the Sea, Summer Theater of New Canaan, Derby Dinner Playhouse and Seven Angels Theatre. She has been teaching theatre and swimming for almost 10 years and currently serves as Programs Director for The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation’s: Camp Oasis NY. Eileen was a competitive swimmer growing up and now holds Red cross WSI and Lifeguard certifications. She prioritizes safety and technique while teaching in the pool while always keeping things fun. In her theatre classes Eileen encourages her students to express themselves in exciting new ways through movement and music and is excited to introduce her students to the musical theatre repertoire she loves so much!

  • Meriel Day

    Meriel Day is an actor, voiceover artist and acting teacher. She has over 10 years of child care experience, including newborn and preschool care. For the past 5 years she has been working in early childhood education. Meriel always aims to instill her students with the same confidence her creative arts teachers gave her, while also sharing with them her joy of performing. Born and raised in London where she studied theatre, she now lives in NYC where she focuses on film/television and voiceover work.

  • Anthony DeMarte

    Anthony is an actor, singer, and dancer original from Westchester County, New York. He has been teaching acting, musical theatre, and dance since he was 16 years old and is so excited to be bringing his passion for performing arts education to FCC! Favorite credits include Beauty and the Beast, Elf, and Gypsy. Anthony holds a BA in Theatre and Dance from Muhlenberg College. Anthonydemarte.com

  • David Holbert

    Is a New York Based actor and freelance teaching artist from Cleveland Ohio! David graduated from Baldwin Wallace University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Music in Music Theatre. David started performing around 7th grade. He has been working with kids for the last 7 years in various different theater camps and programs. David’s goal is to help the next generation of artists find their unique creative voice. Recent credits include: Broadway: The Lion King; Nat. Tours: The Color Purple; Regional: Babes in Arms, Mamma Mia!, Hunchback, In the Heights, Hair; Tv/Film: The Good Cop, The Good Fight. David is very excited to work with New York City’s next generation of young artists!

  • Castelli Laflotte

    Castelli Laflotte is sports coach and trainer for children. Coach Stelli has been coaching children for over 8 years and specializes in basketball coaching. Born and raised in NYC, he grew up playing a multitude of sports ranging from basketball, to football, to tennis. His passion is youth development through sports. He got his start as a coach at the JCC in Manhattan where he became their athletics director and director of sports at Camp Settoga. He then became Coach Supervisor for Amazing Athletes / Super Soccer Stars. He currently runs Momentum Sports NYC, a multi-sport company for children that he started in 2020.   • Kristiana Jarquin-Moreland

    With a strong athletic background in competitive swimming, varsity soccer, and dance, Kristiana is a well-rounded athlete who values the benefits of living an active lifestyle. So much so, Kristiana decided to obtain her personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and become a certified swim instructor (WSI) in order to share her love of fitness with the world. Having dealt with several injuries and ailments throughout her life, Kristiana’s resilience and ability to adapt has allowed her to create workouts that support proper muscle development for everyone. Kristiana aims and succeeds in delivering professionally crafted workouts customized for anybody’s needs and goals while her bubbly personality keeps the experience educational, inspiring, and fun!

  • Kody Jauron

    Kody Jauron is a passionate performance artist and choreographer currently freelancing in NYC. Originally from Phoenix, AZ, he began his performance career on the ice as a competitive figure skater and an actor. After discovering and falling in love with dance, Kody dove head first into his training. Kody has danced professionally with Ballet Austin, DanceWorks Chicago, and NW Dance Project and has worked to develop new works with many different choreographic voices including Yin Yue, Gabrielle Lamb, Ihsan Rustem, Cayetano Soto, and Felix Landerer.

    Kody has been an instructor throughout his entire dance career working with all ages in ballet, jazz, modern, and contemporary technique. Kody loves to fuse these technical expressions with energy, joy, and curiosity.

  • Shannon Keegan

    Hi there! My name is Shannon and I am an actor and educator based in NYC. I have a degree in Music Theatre from The Hartt School and I am also a certified TEFL Instructor. For the last 5 years, I have worked in the private sector as a Public Speaking, Language Arts, and Dramatic Arts instructor to students ages 5 to 18 years old, most notably at the Alliance Theatre and through Able 2 Shine. My strengths are flexibility, high energy, and a mission to create a safe space for all students and teachers. I teach in Atlanta, New York City, and Hartford CT, my alma mater. When I am not teaching, I am performing, continuing my own education, or learning a new recipe. I have a major love of food and learning about the world around us through it. I am excited to meet our future artists!

  • Amelia Munson

    Amelia Munson is a director, choreographer, and intimacy coordinator. She has directed and/or choreographed dozens of musical theatre productions for students and adults alike over the last ten years, in Vermont, Boston, and Wisconsin. Some favorite musical theater projects include Cinderella, Legally Blonde, and The Marvelous Wonderettes. Amelia received her BA in Critical Identity Studies and Modern Dance from Beloit College. Both her junior and senior year choreography pieces were selected to be performed at ACDFA. Since moving to New York, she has worked with Ping Chong & Co. for their in-school residency programs to help students devise and perform new theater works based on their identities and values. She is currently in training with Intimacy Directors and Coordinators NYC to become a SAG-AFTRA certified Intimacy Coordinator.   • Jacob Sum

    Jacob Sum hails from the sunny state of Florida and brings that sunshine every time he jumps in the water. With a diverse aquatic background including swim team, water polo, and lifeguarding, Jacob has been teaching for the past twenty years at community centers, private pools, and currently at the JCC of Manhattan. He has taught all ages and levels, from parent/child classes to swim coaching, and elementary schooled beginners to active older adults. When not at the pool, he works at a small business Jersey City based architecture firm, drafting home remodels, renovations, improvements and additions. He is currently an active member of the Team New York Aquatics Water Polo Club and President of his local Book Club. Jacob enjoys line dancing, movies on the big screen, live concerts, and Sunday crosswords in the park. He’s excited to be working with Eileen this season and is looking forward to creating safer and stronger swimmers.

  • Brian Sweeney

    Brian Mack Sweeney grew up outside of Pittsburgh where he attended Stage Right! School For The Performing Arts. Brian is a proud graduate of Ball State University's BFA Musical Theatre program where he studied under Emmy Award-Winning Musical Director Michael Rafter (Funny Girl) and Two-Time Tony Award Winner Sutton Foster (The Music Man). With their guidance, Brian and his classmates created a cabaret based upon the music of Cole Porter which they were lucky enough to bring to NYC's own Joe's Pub. After graduation, Brian returned to the Pittsburgh area and worked professionally with such companies as Pittsburgh Musical Theatre, Split Stage Productions, and Front Porch Theatricals. This past summer, Brian worked as the Drama Instructor at Children's Aid Society's Camp Wagon Road where he brought the joy of theatre to NYC's underprivileged youth.
